LDS - Linked Data Solutions TIDA

 

LDS aims at creating a prototype to support existing and the planning of new retail businesses with visual interfaces, enabling easy and meaningful analytics of strategic data regarding demographics, location, competitors, market shares and other geo-specific data.

There is a huge potential in leveraging existing internal private commercial data, Public Sector data, and geographic mapping data to decrease costs and improve quality of decision making in the context of planning, managing, and developing a retail business going forward. The purpose of this project is to research, design, and develop a demonstrator integrating diverse public and private data with a simple and intuitive user interface to support retail business planning. This project will assess feasibility of such a solution and its commercial potential.
